Store Policies:

Orders: Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days, sometimes sooner. In the event an item is not in stock we order it from the Distributor and in most cases they will drop ship directly to you. In the event they will not drop ship, the item comes to us first and then out to you. In this case you can expect about a 10 day lead time. We make every effort to ship product out as fast as possible!

Rumble Strip Racing Shipping & Returns:

Return Policy:
Return Authorization Number: An RA number is required for any return or exchange. Obtain a RA number directly from 541-447-7565. Be sure to write your RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box and on the return form. RA numbers will not be issued after 10 days of shipment to customer or on special orders.

Returns For Credit: 10% - 25% restocking fee. Customer pays shipping charges.

Incorrect Item Received: No extra charge. Rumble Strip Racing will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Rumble Strip Racing will reimburse Standard Ground shipping rates only.

Warranty Exchanges: All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a Rumble Strip Racing customer service representative.

Model Specific Parts: Any parts returned for credit or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THE PART YOU ORDER IS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE.

Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part.

Closeouts and Blems: No refunds on closeout or blemished items. Exchanges subject to availability.

Package Deal Returns For Credit: If you want to return any package deal item for credit, you must return all items that were part of the original package deal.

For example, if you purchased a jersey, pant and glove combo, you would need to return all three items for a complete credit less the 10% - 25% restocking fee. We cannot accept individual items from a package deal returned for credit.

Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS or US Mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original Rumble Strip Racing packaging. Rumble Strip Racing is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

International Order Returns
We no longer accept International Order Returns. The ONLY time we will accept a return would be in the even that Rumble Strip Racing shipped the incorrect part.

Backordered Items
Backorders: If an item is backordered, Rumble Strip Racing will notify you via e-mail or phone.

Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: Rumble Strip Racing will notify you via e-mail or phone.

Filling Backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.

Except as may be expressly set forth in the product invoice, Rumble strip Racing makes no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed by us, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Motorcycles can be dangerous. Rumble Strip Racing has no control over the usage of any part. Rumble Strip Racing expects their customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part.
Rumble Strip Racing assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person.
The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing of its products and we accept no liability for such damages.
Rumble Strip Racing shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.
